In summer our opening hours are:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 10am onwards - From Whitsun to the end of October

We serve local snacks and delicacies with fine quality refreshments. The hut’s cosy interior can seat up to 35 persons, with the bar offering space for an additional 10. Outside, the magnificent sun terrace has seating room for between 60 and 80 guests and features several deckchairs. Whatever you’re up for - whether it’s relaxing, enjoying, being pampered, meeting old friends or even making new ones - the Almrauschhütte is the ideal place.

Ever tried working in such a scenic environment? We would warmly welcome you to do so. It goes without saying that we have WLAN in our hut!



What’s on Offer on Bürgeralm
Drop in for a visit after your hike, or make an excursion to the Aflenzer Bürgeralm and enjoy the new Outdoor Park on the Bürgeralm: www.aflenz-outdoorpark.at

  • The viewing platform at the summit cross – offers a spectacular panoramic view of the region
  • Panoramaweg Skywalk (Skywalk scenic route) – take a walk around this wonder of nature
  • Fixed rope route – on the south face of the Bürgeralm , is around 400 m long, with difficulty levels between B and E+/F
  • The Leitner Alpinsteig (alpine fixed rope route)
  • The Panoramastraße (Panorama Road) – this route has become popular among bikers. The road was built with a maximum gradient of 10% and charges a toll (except for cyclists).
